Shell Gadus S3 V460 D2 is a high performance, extreme pressure grease based on a diurea thickener and high viscosity mineral oil. It is specially formulated for heavily loaded plain and rolling element bearings operating at high temperatures and under severe conditions, including vibration and shock loading. Its excellent oxidation stability, mechanical stability, and resistance to water washout make it ideal for demanding industrial applications such as steel mills, paper mills, and mining equipment.
