Carlos worked at BP for several years managing their Angolan logistics and security in Angola. He also serves as the CEO of Exceptional Service & Supply, Lda. (“ESS”) –which provides support to companies in the oil and gas sector.

Mouhamed Baroudy - Operations Director

Mouhamed has 19 years as an Oil & Gas industry professional with 15yrs experience working for Schlumberger in over 30 countries. Started his career as a Petroleum Economist and then moved to various roles as Sales and Operations Management.

Olivier de Quelen - Commercial Director

Olivier has diverse experience in the oil and gas sector. Starting over 16 years ago in London as a crude oil broker to consulting for Mckinsey & Co and infrastructure projects in Angola. He is passionate about education and training.

A dedicated and results-driven senior manager, experienced in working with/ leading brands in competitive environments. Silvio has over 14 years experience in Sales and marketing and express Logistics industries
